Serving Suggestion:
Ingredients:
250g KCT Hong Kong Fine Noodle
100g chicken meat
some oil
1 tbsp minced shallot
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 piece tau kwa,cut into strips
2 tbsp KCT xo sauce
250g bean sprouts
Seasoning:
3 tbsp water
2tbsp KCT oyster sauce
1tbsp KCT light soya sauce
1tbsp KCT dark soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1tsp sesame oil
1 tsp pepper
Marinade
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp suagr
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp oil
Method
1. Cook noodle in boiling water till soft. Remove to drain before mixing with seasoning
2.Cut Chicken meat into strips then mix with marinade
3.Heat oil in wok. Add half tbsp minced shallot and garlic to stir-fry till fragrant before adding chicken and tau kwa. Stir-fry briefly and dish out.
4.Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry remaining minced shallot and garlic till fragrant. Add XO sauce,noodles,chicken,tau kwa and bean sprouts.Stir-fry well.
