Cooking Instructions:

Shallow Frying:

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
Add the slices and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
For best results, flip slices constantly during frying.

Deep Fryer/frying pan:

Preheat oil to 175°C & potato slices for 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown.
