We will apply a cause additional delivery charges if nobody is in the residence to accept the goods during the scheduled delivery date and estimated time.
Cancellation Policy
- You may only cancel your order one day after settling the payment.
- For cancellation requests, kindly contact us by email and provide us with your order reference number and details.
- Once the orders have been shipped out, they may not be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- Kindly note that the refund process takes 4-7 business days to complete.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original source of payment or PayPal Balance.
- The refund may take 30 days/1 month to appear on your credit card statement.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded if the request is done after we ship out the orders.
