Cooking Method:
- Remove rice ball from freezer, do not thaw.
- Lower rice ball into boiling water. Push rice ball with back of ladle constantly to prevent sticking.
- Boil at high flame for 4 minutes, rice ball floats, reduce flame to medium and boil for additional 3 minutes.
- Ready to serve.

What I love most is the texture—the coconut adds a refreshing crunch that is super delightful. The sweetness is just right, not too heavy. Reminds me of Ondeh-ondeh. Highly recommend!
