It will be even better if you can allow for curry powder or curry sauce for the prata. Factory produced will be more economical and can be a competitive edge.e Most people dont mind paying for more with the sauce.

Have been eating the plain prata as it is one of the few brand that does not contain egg, which is suitable for pure vegetarian like me. I usually pan fried (at low heat) it for breakfast with just a small amount of oil. The prata would be just as crispy. The thickness is just right, not too thin like biscuit, or too thick to become bread. Taste is perfect, not too salty, yet not bland

I bought a pack of 30 from Sheng Siong this morning and used them as a wrap for lunch. I had expected the taste to be inferior to the regular prata you can get from our local coffee shops but was taken aback by the quality. Not only does it taste better, it costs less than 30 cents per slice.

Preparing the prata is easy too. Just add half a tablespoon of oil and keep flipping until both sides are brown. I recommend using them as wraps instead of just directly eating them. I made tomato and eggs stir-fry and dressed with sriracha and kewpie mayo.
