With its crispy coating, it can be easily settled with a meal. It is pre-fried and frozen hence easy to cook and handle. Irregular Cut Roast potato can be added into curry / any favorite paste to enhance the taste.

Preparation method:

Oven:

Preheat oven to 220°C, spread potato on a baking tray, and bake for 15-18 minutes.

For the best result, turn the chip side halfway through baking.

Deep frying:

1) Preheat oil to 175°C.
2) Fry for approx. 4-5 minutes.
