With its crispy coating, it can be easily settled with a meal. It is pre fried and frozen hence easy to cook and handle. Roast potato can be added into curry / any favourite paste to enhance the taste.

Preparation method:
Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 220°C, spread potato on baking tray and baked for 15-18 minutes. For best result, turn the chip side halfway through baking.
Deep frying:
1) Pre heat oil to 175°C.
2) Fry for appox. 4-5 minutes.

i used to buy the potato from the wet market, but i cannot keep so long due to the potato sprouts, your roasted potato is pre-peeled and pre-fried, it is really convenient to cook and easy to store.
