1. By taking part in this Share & Win contest, all participants agree to be bound by the following Contest Terms and Conditions.
2. The contest period runs from 5 to 17 May 2023 (11:59pm), both dates inclusive in Singapore.
3. Three (3) winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd.
4. Participants have to ‘Follow’ the Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd page at Facebook or Instagram page
5. Participants are to comment and tag 3 friends on the post of the contest on Instagram or Facebook.
6. One of the judging criteria is the number of social interactions in the post. Participants are encouraged to have as many “likes” for their photo submissions.
7. Entrants are instructed to post in Instagram or Facebook their entry with the hashtags #chinatownfoodsg and share it to either their Facebook or Instagram or Twitter accounts.
8. Photos must be original and not have been submitted for any other contests.
9. Watermarks and any other markings on the photo entry are not allowed.
10. Entries must ensure the essence of capturing moments, not as product of Photoshop.
11. The photo must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
12. If the photograph contains any material or elements which are subject to the rights of third parties, or if any persons appear in the photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining releases and contents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph set in the contest terms.
13. Only entries from individuals are accepted to participate in this Contest. This does not include companies.
14. Employees of Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd are not eligible to enter the Contest.
15. This promotion is in not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
16. The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook for details on prize collection by 23th May 2023. In the event that Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd cannot for any reason obtain the Winner's acknowledgement within seventy-two (72) hours of first attempting to do so, Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative Winner(s) at its sole discretion.
17. The Winner agrees to allow Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd to have his or her personal information for verification purposes and it shall be treated as confidential by Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd.
18. All personal details submitted are subject to proof upon request by Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd upon winning. Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms or which tampers with the entry process.
19. Each prize will be delivered to the given address by post or collected at our office during office hours. Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
20. Delivery of prizes is only within mainland Singapore.
21. The photo owner grants Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd the rights to use the photographs, with credit, in any medium deemed appropriate.
22. Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Contest.
23. Chinatown Food Corporation Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate the Contest or to modify the Contest rules and Terms before the closing date by amending the rules and Terms hereof at its sole discretion.
