Begedil (Potato Cutlet)
Begedil (Potato Cutlet) can be consumed as a snack or side dish. Crispy on the outer layer and soft inner layer gives a great and satisfying taste of potato.
Remove potato cutlets from freezer (thawing not required).
Electric Deep Fryer:
Pre-heat oil at 170°C and deep fry for 5 to 6 minutes or till golden brown.
Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Air fry at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
