The peanut flavour is awesome!! I really love how flowy the fillings was and the texture was just nice as it is chewy and soft. One thing I really like is that you do not have to thaw it before cooking at all!! I will definitely be getting more and other flavours in the future 🙂

Hi my whole family loves your glutinous rice ball. And we always purchase a variety of flavours (red bean paste, peanut and black seaame) because each of us like different flavours.

We just have 1 feedback. Will be thankful if there can be some way to identify each flavour. Like different color for each flavour.

Not sure why, our glutinous rice ball couldn’t cook well. No matter how long we boiled it, there is uncooked/dough. we bough the glutinous dumplings a few months ago and stored in the freezer. The expiry is 2025

Sorry to hear this, for Chinatown glutinous rice ball to be cooked well, the water must cover the balls totally. Do boil at high flame for 4 minutes, until the rice ball floats, then reduce flame to medium and boil for additional 3 minutes. Hope this helps.

Am a loyal supporter of Chinatown glutinous rice balls for so many years. But this year the glutinous rice balls a bit disappointing. I just bought a days back. When I put in to boil, the dough starts to open up like snow flakes and becomes mushy. The expiry date is 2025.
