Naturally Pigmented Glutinous Rice Balls

Naturally pigmented tang yuan made up of assorted fun colors along with your favorite filling flavors!

Differentiating flavors is so much easier now with various colors of chewy dough that are made of natural ingredients.

Available now in the "Reduced Sugar" formula too!

Lava Egg Custard (Purple - from purple sweet potato paste)

Mao Shan Wang Durian (Black - from cocoa powder)

Coconut (Green - from spinach paste)

Combo Peanut & Black Sesame (Yellow - from yellow sweet potato paste)

Storage:

Keep Frozen (-18°C)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Remove rice ball from freezer, do not thaw.
  2. Lower rice ball into boiling water. Push the rice ball with the back of the ladle constantly to prevent sticking.
  3. Boil at high flame for 4 minutes, until the rice ball floats, reduce flame to medium and boil for additional 3 minutes.
  4. Ready to serve.

Serving suggestions:

Rice balls may be added to sweet soups or desserts.

(Eg. Traditional sweet soup, Oatmeal dessert, Peanut soup, coconut-coated or peanut-coated etc.)
